Mass Search provides two kinds of queries on large amounts of data, one is Precursor Search and the other is MS/MS Seasrch.
In Precursor Search, the mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) of the ionization peak of the compound in the mass spectrum is the main query content,nd users should also set the matching accuracy of the mass spectrum peak and the unit used, and specifies the charge number and charge of the ion before click search button. The complex formed by the combination of m/z and other indexes can realize accurate query under multiple conditions.
For example, if the user enters '609.296' (box 1), set the matching accuracy of the mass spectrum peak to '30PPM' (box 2), the charge number of the ion to 'Positivate' (box 3), and specify adducts as:'M+H,M+Na' (Box 4), the user can obtain the information of the matched compounds, as well as the matching factors and related information(Box 5).

In MS/MS Search, Select the type of data in MS/MS Search, there are four types of data can be selected: M/Z, M/Z&Intensity, Precursor&M/Z and Precursor&M/Z& Intensity, Users should set the value of the quality tolerance range and the unit used, and enter the m/z of fragments in the M/Z Array area.
For example, if the user sets the Data Type as: 'M/Z' (box 1), and sets the quality error range as '30PPM' (box 2), the sequence of M/Z to be queried is: '173.059, 205.086, 217.086' (box 3), the user can obtain the information of the matched compound, as well as the matching factors and related information (box 4).
